Get the quest "the islander" with Wu Shen, warrior trainer, in sw (hes inside the SI:7 building in the old town. go trough the left door 
and walk till you see a tower get in and go up stairs)
Tele to ratchet (.gtft rat).
Run southwest and jump in the water
Swim till you get to the fray island (when you open your map it that tiny island standing alone south of durotar) that might take some
time, so if you want you can walk by land trough the merchant coast and jump in the water when you get close enough. its an island with  
some wood towers and constructions
Walk to Klannoc Mcleod
Deliver the quest and get the one he gives you. he wants you to kill big will, a quest timer will pop up, you have 1h40m to complete it,   
But dont be afraid thats time enough (ORLY?)
Turn around and walk trought the gate, the guy will be waiting near a circle, you should enter it and kill him, but since it is not 
working just kill him like SK said. hes ez (1.8k hp).
Once you're done talk to klannoc: ok you got your berserk stance
Theres a quest chain following this one up, but final reward is one of 3 2hand blue weapons , so you can just let it go
