How to burn your photos on DVD as an animated video with music and subtitles:

Step 1. Download and install PhotoDVD

Start the *.exe file and follow the screen instructions…

After installing run the program and you will be able to create an animated slideshow of your photos on DVD so you can share them easily with your friends and family on any DVD player.
Step 2. Select images

Add the photos you want to add to the slideshow. You can add files or folders in two different ways. Remove a photo by clicking on it and then on the red X. Reorder the photos with the blue arrows and rotate the photos by using the following icons.
Step 3. Add comments and other editing

Double click on an image to open the additional editing window where you can add subtitles, change photos to black and white or sepia, add a focus point that will naturally be highlighted in the picture during the video, and set the animation factors to be applied. Click on blue arrows to navigate and edit other photos or close this window.
Step 4. Add audio

Once photos have been selected click on button Next on bottom right side of window. Add the music files you would like to play with your photos. Play them if you wish by clicking on one and pressing the green play button on the right of the screen.
Step 5. Preview

Click on the Preview button and see a preview of your slideshow. If you have added subtitles right click in the center of the player to select the track of subtitles you would like to view.
Step 6. Burn

Click on the Next button until you get to the burning window. Insert a blank DVD (perhaps an DVD +/- RW if you are just testing the product). Click on Next and the compiling of the video file will begin and burning will start automatically once that step is finished.
Step 7. Convert and burn
Insert your burnt DVD into your living room DVD player and enjoy the show. Missing subtitles? Click on the subtitle button of your DVD player. You now have a back up of your photos and an alternative way to share them with your friends and family!
