Player Housing has been expanded and overhauled, the following packages have been added to help players cope with the hardships of a failing economy also below in this thread are a list of profession objects and / or other game objects that are add-ons available for you to purchase. NPCs Options are listed below as well as the Portal Objects. As always Staff will work closely with you to get you exactly what you wish for your PHQs. Update : PLAYER HOUSING MAY BE ONLY SHARED WITH ONE OTHER PERSON for the normal cost of the Player House You choose how you wish to split the cost and who pays what as long as the DGA gets paid on time . Changes to Player Housing May only occur twice per month

Post a New Thread with-in dga realtors with the Players name in the Subject line.
Please copy and paste this information into the new thread and fill it out to the best of your knowledge.

This package consist of 2 Mines Nodes, 2 Herb Nodes, 1 Portal (listed below) , 1 table, 2 chairs , 1 profession objects, a ATM bank and 1 mail box and Desk and Bed . vanity objects may be picked with this package but extra up keep will be assessed. This Package cost 75 Solarian upkeep per Month and /or 1 Denerii per Month

The Deluxe package consist of the basic package buildings / or the following buildings listed below. 6 Mines, 6 Herbs, all portal (listed below) or a warp co worker, 4 profession objects, ATM, DGANPC and 1 mail box and a Throne a bed and Desk with chair . Optional (( 2 tables, 6 chairs )), 4 vanity objects may be picked with this package before extra up keep is assessed Price is 300 Solarian per Month or 4 Denerii per month

Vanity items are like the emerald green tree on gm island tables or chairs or pretty much any object in game with-in the judgment of KPsN Staff

Moonwell , Forge , Anvil , Altar of Shadows , Alchemy Lab , Mana Loom, Cooking Table, Runeforge , ect

Mining/Herbs Nodes:
Any mining or herb in game can be spawned at the PHQs.
