...keylogger hack my world of warcraft account?????????? my account was hacked a few times in 2 days. has this happened to you? my character has been stripped and deleted.
did you get your account back? i am waiting for a reply from Blizzard.

in the meantime i have installed norton 360.

i also heard about something called zone alarm pro. is
that the same thing as norton? i think i want to get zone alarm on top of my norton 360.

any advice is appreciated thank you.

Norton 360 is absolute rubbish. It provides only basic protection and lacks features such as manual scanning of files. Zone Alarm Pro would be a very good choice, and it is a very reasonable price.

I prefer Zone Alarm Pro. It is just a solid firewall app. Norton 360 is a lot of apps (firewall, antivirus, antispam, etc.) rolled into one but it creates a lot of overhead on the PC and seems to slow it down a lot because of all the things it is running.

I use ZAPro for the firewall, and Norton/Symantec's antivirus software. You might be able to use just the AV after installing by turning off the other features.
