Stuck on 'Retrieving character list' Issue Tools

Stuck on 'Retrieving character list'
Can't log back on since last loop
Server got stuck in a loop a few hours back and I had to hard close WoW.

Problem is that I can't log back on, I get stuck on 'Retrieving character list' window while no char names show up in the right-side window.

However, when I open the server's 'Who's on' window, it says that the Den has been up for almost 11 hours and that I even have an active character logged on!

Any ideas on what's happening or what I can do, please?
