Draco's diner has a bathroom.(most cities)
Outside the cities there is an outhouse. (All cities)
Estates can have a bathroom.
Dwellings can have a bathroom.
Places for Odor:
Bathhouse in Ale Alley (all cities)
Town fountains can reduce some odor if you splash around in there for a bit.
Places for Food:
Way too many... just look around
