Server Optimization - April 26th, 2005

The CS:S server today received some overhaul and some addons. there should be better performance for players at the cost of much more CPU being used. This however can have adverse effects and if you notice any lag being caused by this let me know. Im starting out mildly high on the server load and if there is lag I will lower the load a bit.
