i think that the problem is not your autoexec.cfg (its ok).
its mani configurations.
ill post here my current configurations working then you can change it.
do not change things that you dont know only change things like timeleft, adverts and that stuff

ok will download once I get home. PS my server is linux would you be able to test on a nix machine?

same results, so far nothing has worked really. im still going with ES not working properly theory, will experiment more tonight.
