Private Server?

Does kingpin have a private server? If so, do I need WoW FE to get in? Is WoW FE allowed in north america?

you can get rupees from posting
making a a forum
choose a avatar for your forum acount
and play games (you can lose rupees aswel if you play games)
you find the games in the arcade setion
