New job offer for me

I was offered a job and I went out and met with the people yesterday, I know most of you didnt notice my absence but for those that did that was the reason. its a good job, I will be working as one of the oeprational managers for a new data center, however its in Australia... if I accept the offer I move right away and start my job on the 9th. The good part is since I will have direct access to a data center life should be great with plenty of big pipeline bandwidth, however in reality something like the den wont work out with my new job.... its legality and everything else like time spent on it may become an issue. i thought about it all night and have decdieed as much as I like the den and you people I dont see how I would be fair to myself and not take this job. so I think it is awesome but I will be leaving very soon.

I want to thank a lot of people but I cant think of every single name so heres some of the past and current staff in no particular order : Blackops, Lojik, nightbull, Zypher, Snoopeh, Imskel, Azranos, Vohrtechs, Eric, sappem, digitex, zural, jason, trisha, nesdeste and others I may have forgotten.
A very big thank you to all the donators they make the den possible. and ofcourse they are paying for my plane ticket o.O
Almost all the players should be thanked in this category

I wont name any because the others will get mad, but I appreciate ALL of your tips, help etc.

I would like to find someone who can run the den but I wont guarantee anything as I dont just want any random person to run it.
