the background can't be crazy.. it's to much of a distraction from the text and mario being all blury.. word

If Marios' supposed to be blurry, why not make a copy that render of him, enlargen it over the background image, then basically meld in Mario with the gaussian blur and motion blur to give it a smooth effect?
