Ok here is my question:

If a pizza place make pizza all the time, why do they still burn it ?

I mean you would think that all the practice they would learn not to burn it.

because the people working there are lazy fuckers just like all of us...
my friend izzy makes great pizza, I know of maybe one occasion he burned pizza and that was a summer day there was like 1 customer + me + him and the third guy angelo were standing by the window watching the chicks go by while I was enjoying my calzone, and we got caught up in the babe watching the pizza was overcooked.... moral of the story shit happens.

as a former chef of a pizzaria on the balearic island Mallorca, Spain i can asure you pizza's are burned on purpose. so don't feel mad or said about it. as long as pizza exist in the human world they have been burned and this burning of the pizza will continue for centuries

I kinda like burned pizza, is that weird?
