Why do i cast suicide

My paladin with tier 1 and outland weapons cast suicide when i melee or cast any offensive spells for some reason and i dont know why. i was wondering if it was a bug that could be dealt with or fixed somehow. thanks.

i have seen some one else with this problem he was also a palaly but i dont remember the fix for it. sorry
