Does anyone know if this can be played on private servers, or where i could download it if it can ?

No and no.

It doesn't look good for WAR since they're closing/merging servers left and right, and the population dropped to less than 43%.

Just wait for it to become free to play.

Honestly though, the game sucks. Not worth the hard drive space, imo.

i heard its a lot better then most MMo's and the story Line is just AWESOME becauze the Fluff has been arounnd, evolving and increasing since before 1983.
