Just tell me exactly what i need so i can play.
I got CSS installed, i just need to update it, and idk how. That steam doesn't do anything.

umm it auto updates constanly just launch the game and join server it wil auto download everything u need

Well it doesn't. I start the game and it says to restart the game cuz i don't have the right version for our server, but i restart and nothing happens. Steam doesn't do a thing.
