Unhappy A possible sugession for Win Vista users - October 1st, 2007

I am using Win Vista Home Premium... I have the error that the backround downloader won't start... so i wondered, is it possible to post the new patch on the forum ar main page?? I think Many would be plesed

I need to use help in x-fire, but that goes so slow

idk but i havea diff problem i tryed to get on the server and it wouldnt let me says i had invalid information any idea hwo to fix that?

Patch mirrors - WoWWiki, the Warcraft wiki - this is maybe one of most used sites for looking up patches, we currently run on 220 patch so don't update too far, in order to play here on The Den.

he's right, vista sucks, draws up more resources than it's worth and has low gaming scores lol. use xp or 2k.

o.O vista never slowed down my games on my laptop... and im not talkin about flash games... im talking about games like oblivion and half life 2 - they are not on low settings either

Some games play will with Vista, others don't play well at all. Which drivers you have for what hardware you're using plays in to this a *lot* also.

As for myself, i'm staying on XP until at least next year. Give all the diver makers and Vista coders time to make *all* the bits play nice together.

See I used Xp until not to long ago then switched over to Linux... Vista however, seems to be making sure that they have issues. I would suggest switching to Mac instead of Vista... Mac even has left and right click with OSX ^_^

Hmm well I running win vista, no problems with WoW so far... Prob just jinked myself lol
