The best FPS has got to be cs 1.6 before all the hackers showed up... or Duke Nukem because thats the first game I ever played with my dad... who has passed away.

I would have to say FarCry. Although I am waiting for Quake: Enemy Territory and Starcraft II (had to throw that one in even if not related).

Americas Army; But you don't level up for accuracy actually at all. Only thing that you level up is Honor.
