Talking Man Gets Tasered - September 10th, 2006
<img src="http://img.jokaroo.com/thumbs/man_gets_tasered.jpg" /> This guy was stopped and arrested by cops because he failed to stop when signalled down. As you can see, he wasn't cooperating fully so one of the cops decided to taser him to the floor. It's funny how his attitude suddenly changed when he was tasered.
