Basic guildhouse, 15000 forum rupees or 5000 in game rupees.
elite guildhouse: Bidding

bidding can be 5000 forum rupees, and a high monthly payment of 3k forum rupees
OR a bigger prize and normal 1k per month fee Or the guild can make offers that GM's and KP agree with PER MONTH.
standard guildhouses have a 1k forum rupees fee

kp has his mind on some standard vendors stuff, but i think hell pimp it out.. as long as we got our campfire and booze vendor were fine ^^, i think he might be looking at my post for the standard stuff.
