Getting bored of using that Might of Menethil, or sitting in your tier 3 wondering what it would be like to wear a set of armor made out of glass, or maybe u think that the mage's of Azeroth need some new trinkets. Maybe a new spell to help out groups combating those tough boss's

well let your imagination run wild, Thnx to Raven who made the first thread and Eoni who told us about wowitemcreator.com alot of nice idea's have come about for custom items.

so to celibrate you can now show off your items with a new cool forum feature.




Wanna know how?

well all you need to do is head off over to http://www.wowitemcreator.com and make your item
Once your item is made you need to take your item ID which can be found in the link to your item:
e.g "http://www.wowitemcreator.com/view/9361/Interllectual_NanoSkin_Cloak.html"
Once youve got your number make a new post and in the post use the code ofcourse replacing the "itemID" with the number from your custom item

Its also nice if you could post a bit of info about your item, if its quest item maybe a bit of backgorund or how you can obtain the item.

Just a few rules for submitting an item:

Items that are to be considered for custom deployment MUST be posted in this thread, we do not want people making new threads we already have 2 that are fine for this type of post.

Please do not post more than 3 items/spells per post and no more than 1 post per 48hrs.

Any items we think are well designed and may work in the server might be put on the short list for being the first custom items to enter the server

Only one max lvl and one mid lvl weapon/item per post (ex. one lvl 255 item and one item ranging from 70 - 240). Exceptions: Set items (but i strongly recomend that sets are made small, up to 4 or 5 items, so plz no full tier X)
You can only post again if at least 2 ppl have posted after your last post

Since im bored to hell sitting in nef's room and waiting for KP to restart the server i decided to start this long delayed thread. I had this idea last week (ok not so long dealyed), and tought could be like a game forum, but still focused in the server. IF (and i say again IF) KP is to add custom bosses / areas, ofc along with them custom items are to come . Thx Eoni for showing us the wic. <3 <3 <3 Eo

there is no garanties KP will add the items you post here to the server (or any custom item AT ALL) so this is just to make imagination wander a bit. Ofc if he wants to take some ideas from here hes more than welcome

My first item is actualy a set, made of 2 weapons. Full Set Bonus is +360 Attack Power. Set Name is "Aether Battleblades"

You get the moon quest with a piece of silver shimmering blade droped by one of the four horsemen in Naxx, and the sun quest from a piece of incandescent blade droped by ragnaros. Then you have to collect some mats droped eventualy by custom bosses (or kel/Thaddius if there are no custom bosses). when you have 50 mist of the moon (for the rising moon) and 50 essence of the sun (for the setting sun) you must take them along with the blade pieces to a certain blacksmith npc that will reforge the blades for you. They represent the oposite energies in the universe: cold x warmth, darkness x light, night x day, but instead of being exclusive to each other they complete each other in all ways, backing their counterpart weakness with their own strenghs.

Staff of Infinate Darkness.

It's designed for Shadow Spec Priests in the lvl 100's catagory.
I'm trying to balance it out. Any suggestions are welcome.

May I suggest using an other WoW item creator, Since this is just simple text, Meanwhile the other also adds a background and a small Icon, It would give a bit more idea how it used to look, Before this thread was made, I also created several items. Also these weapons could be more 'real' since actually no weapon could do 4k Damage on chance on hit, And I find this would be more fun.

Indeed, I boosted the Sunblade.

i must have messed the keys up, cause it was intended to REDUCE target armor by 3k for 30 secs on chance on hit, ill be editing the item soon. also Ill be adding this other item creator to the op, thanks fo the tip, the items DO look alot better on it ^^

errr.. dont you think 76.9 dps is a little too low for a lvl 255 weapon? if you look at bc weaps youll see that there are lvl 70 weapons that do way more dps
