I need directions on how to get to where I can stick the staff and get this guy outta his rathole. any details appreciated.

he's normally in stratholme and you have to summon him through the completed atiesh you have to purify for the final part of the quest, i think it will be pretty difficult to get him to properly work since you have to be standing on 'consecrated earth' in stratholme to summon him.

right my point was where is this consecrated earth? anyone got maps or a general location?
