i think it kills thing and you get xp and it gets xp or i could be very wrong

Actually let it handle at least 50% of the kill and It will gain XP, and loyalty . If I remember correctly, you gain a bit less xp for going that route( xp is given to the pet)

an advice? ... when u have lvl 255 go in ZG and get a Zulian Panther , than go in Ungoro and let ur pet to kill a 20 lower lvl mob

u have to kill mobs for lvl it
