You can get the defiler pieces though, it says you need the rep.. but it lies.

For horde you get it in hammerfall and for alliance you get it in refuge point i believe it is, correct me if I'm wrong.

I know the defiler stuff works, but can you get the defiler pieces in Org, or are you talking about the ranking stuff? because I don't believe the ranked gear works

Ranked gear (Private, Scout, whathaveyou) is currently not implemented. However; most if not all rep based gear / items are available.
