Traveling troubles

Can anyone mention the whereabouts of a few ports for traveling between continents. I'm currently on Kalimdor and have yet to find a port to go to the otherside. I've checked the threads but I havent bumped into anything to help.

There are portals floating around where the boats or zeps used to be.

shuld be at ratchet... if im not mistaken

Yeah there is one in Ratchet it goes to Booty Bay and there are 2 more if i'm not mistaken.... one in auberdine... goes to menethil and one in theremore... not sure where it goes haven't been there.... might goto menethil too... and I think KP should add 2 in Darny that goto IF and SW
