Okay, well, I conversed with a few people, and found that most did not know where exactly a gank may happen near an arena, so I am here to clarify it:with screenshots.
The Ring of Trials:Floor
With this arena, it is slightly easier to tell, due to the zone changing, while in Arena Floor, if you are on the floor, you are open to pvp. In The Ring of Trials zone, you are not to be attacked.
The Ring of Trials:Stands and Cage
This is the final ruling on the stands and on the cages as of current, these areas are only for spectating, so, any pvp at these positions is illegal.
These positions were already decided by the staff, but since it was not clarified enough, we will do it now, any further gank topic must be in a non-pvp area we have stated here, or from an area we have not disclosed, exceptions are: if the fight was the result of a duel, giving pvp consent. If you are attacking someone, and they begin to run, or they provoke, and they move out, remember to take a screenshot, so they may not accuse you of ganking where you were tricked into it.

Ignorance is NOT an excuse, Who would travel to another country,
And not read the rules and regulations before they go there, Same as in any "Private server", because
they change from place to place.
Its the players fault, If they dont take a few minutes to read the rules, or ask questions if they
dont understand the rules in detail before playing regardless of whether it is mandatory or not.
If they choose not to do so, then it is there loss.

Also Rogues should not sap players on the arena ledge and Death Knights should not use Death Grip to pull players to arena floor both are hostile and we will consider them the start of battle ...meaning you tried to start a gank no matter how much fun you think your having.
is there a possibility we could just have like a warp in zone where we can PvP Without restraint? so if u go in its ur own risk, and u can port out after like 30 seconds or something? it would be good, and if people complain its there own fault? right?
