I'm not sure if there is a post on which guilds are on the server with a list of their progression or general interests.

If there is it would be awesome if someone to could redirect me to the forum/post.

If not might i suggest starting a post with a short summary of the guild.

Possibly in such a form:

Guild Name:
Leader[s]: (Guild Master[s]/Leader[s])
Officer[s]: (Guild's officers)
Website: (The guild's website, if there is one)
Recruitment Status: (Classes the guild is recruiting/age group)
Other Information: (Progression, interests, random info related to the guild)

reach lvl 240 and seek out an officer of Pandemonium for PVP or an officer of Anarchy for Raids. Anarchy you just need to be over lvl 70
