I am lvl 146 - Why i can't get xp's when i kill like lvl 120 or 130?

The limit for xp from monsters are 6 lvls below isn't it?

Just move to a higher level area and problem solved

agreed. as stated above just head to another area with higher lvl mobs

When you target a mob they must be green, yellow or red or a skull to gain xp the reason you are not getting xp is becuase they are gray... move to a different area all zones are 3x retail
