You're not banned, that's for sure.. Because it would say "Account suspended". Maybe your password is locked to one IP and your IP changed?

i dotn think my IP changed. but o well i just wanted to play a bit or retail like stuff so i made a new account and im playing on the shack right now

When i tryed to log in one day it said the same thing, but when i exited WoW and re-entered i got in my acc!
