i didnt know that it was ilegal so i am sorry about that and if u unban me it wont happen ever again

3 months ago is a long time, give the poor guy a chance he may have changed. Considering his wild comment, maybe he isnt that way anymore and since the rule changed although this was three months ago, maybe he should be released because what he did is now no longer punishable.
