Hey hows it goin, i was haveing a good day today playing me mage u no leveling and that sort of thing when we started haveing a conversation in world chat about how i missed my rogue and that my friend got it banned and ip banned while using it sumthing like 6 months ago and a GM decided that it was wrong for ME the person who did not get banned and ip banned for ganking to have an account so now that account is banned too im very unhappy because i love this server if any one else thinks this should not have happened feel free to post here and KP if u see this please see what you can do thanks.

If your account was banned previously for ganking then why should you get another chance, you may well be perfectly innocent but I've lost count of how many times I've heard someone say "It wasn't me honest"..

Seriously you need to be realistic here!!

It was your acct, therefore your responsibility. As I said in world chat, I will ask KP about this, and should he decide you are ok to play, you can get your acct back. I remember your previous char.

You were jailed for ganking then banned for ganking. Your friend must have played your char a lot, I guess.

yea cuz i gave him that character/acc when i stopped playing private servers and started playing retail because he had like a lvl 208 rogue ( or sumthin) and begged me for it when i stoped

If I "borrow" you my car and you kill someone they can sue me because I "let" you use my car.

As with all things in life, be careful to whom you let "use" your things.
