sometimes mail can take 5-10 mins to deliver and deleteing your cache could also help. Did a crash occure after the mailing?

No, i sent 20 crimson spinels from my warrior (Gank) to Savage and never got them. i went back on my warrior to check that i sent them, and i did. To check that stuff was being sent right, mailed Savage some junk drops. The junk i got, but the spinels i didnt.
