Which zones/instances, go to each level, i know that barrens it around 38-60 or so.

The mobs are 3x the retail level.
For example, Westfall is normally level 15 mobs in retail,
They will be level 45 here. ( 15 x 3 = 45 ).

read your Den rule book in game.
Its there in one of the 18 pages.

1-70 is ur starting arena then 70-120 is STV 120-165 is Blasted Lands 165-190 is Hellfire near the citadel 190 - 220 is Shadow Moonvally 220-255 u can go to any easy instance like Shadow Labyrinth or the merchant hehe GL
