I want to know if any one has a good reason not to donate (besides you don't have money,credit card,or not old enough), I feel that if you want to play on this server you should at least help with the costs of running it one time or another.

Besides the obvious ones which you have stated, which come under the "can't" rule, there are no legitimate reasons, unless added to the above.
