a gay guy named bullshiz attaked while i was afk.. i hope the combat log is enough .. as u can see my char is casting dazed so i was giving him my back and wasnt replying to his attack..

well there was one thing that i saw on the log was that he was attacked my an warlock ...the first line from log is that he get afflicted with corruption so i actually dont see this as ganking atm at least but i may be wrong and if ill see him in game killing ppl i sure as hell am gonna SS him and then maybe return my favor for him :P

Hmm well the pic was taken from the view of a hunter, not a warlock. Thus I do not see him attacking at all = gank

When you submit these in the future get a screenshot of the first attack in the combat log by scrolling up past the 1st attack.

From this you can't tell who started it because nowhere does it say you were afk.

I can't speak for the MMO staff but I bet they take no action on account of inconclusive SS.

not sure about the Gank, but there is atleast one thing against them thats there name, will let Kraax do the call on the Gank, he is better at that then me

ok, by looking at the SS, I see that you casted atleast corruption on bullshiz.
In either case, that could be from you defending yourself. But there is no conclusive proof that he was the one who started it, so that's why I'm ruling that this post has no needed proof, hence: case closed. No action taken.

Your jumping to conclusions a lil to fast Kr, i don't disagree on what you state (more on this in a min) However he is actually a hunter, thus he cannot cast corruption, both damages that are visible are both critical hits (either the hunter was sitting down or the level difference was very high) you can also see that hes being dazed, so at that point hes got his back turned.

Now out of it i can see various conclusions:

you notice that there in SW itself so PvP would have been turned on automatically for bullshiz and not for the hunter, and a lev61 hunter wouldn't have PvP turned on usually, so you could say bull was dueling or w/e in SW;

Id say the scenarios would be:

a. It's as he states, afk in SW minding his own and gets ganked, with possibly a lock casting on bull as he/she sees this absurdity.

b. Bull was minding his own, maybe already getting attacked by the lock and the hunter decides to join in for w/e reason, bull turns around and starts attacking him, when the hunter realizes he is going to die he turns around and maybe even sits down, possibly to make it look like he was ganked (bear in mind that he has approx 6K hp and bull was doing 500 per hit, thats a possible 20 second+ for the hunter to die, with the screenshot showing us a glimpse of barley 2 seconds of fight.

So it is inconclusive.
