For some reason beyond my understanding, I am unable to log into the server. I was wondering if I could have a copy of my username/password to double check that im not just being stupid and typing it incorrectly again and again. Thanks in advance.

Furthermore, try to login at www.kpsden.com with the uname and password you are trying to log in with. if you get in, it's correct. If not, you're screwed

2nd option is to contact administration directly to request password reset since the data is encrypted. Getting a new password is easier than go decrypt the data.
