Is Zul'a'Man in the game or is that yet to be added by wow ? I have seen items on wowhead that are showing from there and was curious.

The instance Zul'Aman is currently on the 2.3 Public Test Realms and is not ingame yet, the ETA on the patch and this instance is 4 weeks today US and 4 weeks tomorrow EU providing there are no more critical bugs in the patch as it's had some problems, you can read all the information about this patch at WoW -> Test Realm Patch Notes

Where is Zul'a'man suppost to be located when it does come into the game?

ZA will be located near the Belf starting area, the zone south of it i believe. If you want to know more go to Main Page - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft and look it up :P

Its a 10man raid that has about the same lvl gear as you would find in T5 or below.

Oh and another thing to add, since ZA is a troll theme, kinda like ZG, it will also add new sets. I hear they will be bought with Badges of Justice, or something. They look really cool.
