you need to be in STV for it to work i think

when someone tells me they can't get to Vendor island i tell them the same thing, type .warp stv then wait the .warp vend, if it don't work i can then tele u to vendor island, but if you do not whisper me back and tell me it did not work then how am i suppose to know, i am not a mind reader and don't claim to be.

Ask the casual players first, then ask the gms.
