Ok, im one to help people out and give away things i dont need but the amount of beggers on this server is insane. I get 2 or 3 people asking me for gold every time i log on.. am i missing sonething??? Dont the lvl 1 and 2 critters in the begining areas drop 3 to 10 gold a pop? How lazy does someone have to be to beg for gold when they could get 1000 gold in 20 minutes time? Im sorry I dont mean to rant on, but this is a very big issue to me. I think its sad that people have gotten so lazy as to beg for gold when it comes so easy. People get banned from this server for ganking and using CAPS.. I say beggers should be next. But thats just my opinion.... What do you think ..am I alone in this or do you feel the same way?

It says in the server rules that begging is against the rules, so is caps and ganking. Problem is that alot of people don't bother reading the rules, so the GM's have to constantly remind people about that.

if they keep asking for gold, we can mute them but that don't stop them from doing a trade

You can always use the ignore system.

I've experienced a lot less begging than in retail, but I'm still baffled at how anyone could be so lazy when gold is so easy to aquire. My main problem is keeping under the 400k/character limit.

Begging sadly is a part of just about all MMOs, even private server ones.
If they actually took the time to kill a humanoid instead of standing in a city asking for gold, it would of course be sorted, lazyness ; ;

I always whisper back for them to read the rule book before talking to anyone else. I have never gotten a whisper back after doing that. Maybe just lucky hehe

Weird, nobody ever begged me for anything I guess they can tell I'm broke somehow.
