I was on the server the other day when a fight preatty much got outta control between some characters with Donator gear and Without saying that donators are cheaters, and shouldnt be able to particpate in PVP events. But as a donator I think its still fair because we are keeping the server running. We deserve the gear. Besides why not take part in all what "The Den" has to offer. You cant get that gear anywhere else.

Well about being fair, i think ther "other" person was right. Simply put that skills take place for certain classes, depending on how well mangos works with your character's pvp spec, but gear is definatly a plus. The donator gear gives a huge upper hand in pvp, where skill would have to be almost perfect in certain cases.

I wouldnt say donators are cheaters though, thats a different topic. Its just "unfair." Depending on the situation, there might be a fair way of splitting up donators in certain teams.

Another thing to think about, if donators have what they want, what are they doin pvp for anyways? Im sure they dont want rupees ha

Oh, another note, why not try pvp "world" gear only sometimes? see how that does

on a server such as this, if you're gonna pvp, it should be a test of skills, how well you use what's available to you normally. Donator gears is an unfair advantage no matter how you think of it. Sure you helped keep the server alive, but you cant win a fight against someone without the gears and say, "yeah i'm good".

And the fact that you cant get that gear anywhere else should show that you have an unfair advantage since not everyone has access to it.

donator's: Pure stats/Pure power

regular: Pure bonuses

lets see...id rather take regular over my pally donators, since i'm a block whore and guess what...0 block rating

and i pvp because its fun 68charger, i have accrued over 1300+ rupees

spent 500 on alts for items

for 700 on me right now

gave away 100+ in mini events

yeah I agree With the freeman, PVPing is fun no matter what, dosent matter if your in donator or not. Im not saying all my characters have donator gear just 1 my main so it evens out. BUt yah I also have to agree with the rest of you donator gear is 'unfair' in a way beacuse of the insane dps and health "With my warrior" associated with the donator gear.

Hunters kinda suck in PVP... But when you kite them for 5+ minutes they get humiliated. A non-donater is kiting a donater. Lol.

I think a lot depends on class and also on what other gear and enchants the person has. Say a warrior in full donator with Mongoose and Crusader and maxed attk/crit gear would be a pure dps machine. However you can get T5 and all the enchants as well as player made gems and meta gems and be very competitive.

Most of pvp comes down to skill levels and how often people have done pvp in the past. I know myself that I have done very little pvp in WOW. I loved the FPS Tribes for pvp action but never got into the wow version. I have to say that Donators being called a cheater is wrong. If you take advantage of all there is to offer you are not cheating. Perhaps the comment of having donators allowed on team events only and not 1v1 is a good idea.
