I don't have much experience playing WoW, but I find that the most used abilities are shadow strike (builds up my combo meter, and sometimes dishes out damage), then usually I gouge (DOT is REALLY helpfull when fighting creatures higher level than you), Also, I'll sometimes eviscerate enemies to finish them off with a 2k damage flourish. Lastly, I use armor pierce just to really be a pain, and to help my teammaters dish out damage.

And the occasional odds and ends.
Oh yeah, who could forget vanish + sprint. Phew!
