can you tell me where are the lvl 220 mobs i know that they are in outland and i see them but they always have bigger lvl`s near them ( for me ?? lvl`s ) so are somewhere lvl 220 without bigger levels near them ???

well most outland spawns r randomly generated lvls, so you'll just have to try and fight those or keep looking

dude if u want lvl 220 guys just go 2 Tempest Keep Instance and solo it. I did and it is really easy as long as u have some decent armor and good weapon/s

srry forgot 2 tell u the instance is in outlands

also forgot 2 mension that u need ur flying mount 2 get 2 it cus its really high in the air
