I know this topic has probably been hotly debated but i believe we should have the blizzard pvp rules-if your pvp enabled and someone kills you, tough titty woo.
And for the arena thing, maybe have a seperate area to warp to for booty bay and an arena pvp warp for the hardcore pvp guys

I agree 100%. If you're flagged for PVP, it means you DID something by choice to cause that to happen. So if I run up to you in stealth, and very politely hand you your own ass, you can't QQ.

then what would you say if i got ganked by a hacker, say for example someoen previously on this server plagued the arean for 15 min and killed 4 people while flying through air, speed hacking and mroe among things
