Unable to create account

When I go onto the site to create my account to play, when I click the "Create Account" button nothing happens and then my creation does not go through. Help appreciated. Thanks ^_^

um, try to reset your IP if you can, and then if you cant just try 2morrow.

wen i type in my account name password and email i click "create account" and it says at the top "please fill in all the fields" wich i did already lol please help
