I have been noticing that a whole bunch of people have been anxious about why they cannot connect to the servers even after 30 minutes +.

Some of you guys are getting stuck at connected and are unable to get to the character screen, the reason for this is because the server is FULL.

KP and Snoop and the other GM's have raised the server cap AT LEAST 5 times today to meet with the growing demand of people.

Currently at 3.46 PM, the server cap is 150. If KP decides to raise it anymore, that will be his decision.

However, if you want to get the server cap increased to even greater numbers, than the best thing that you can do is donate. By donating, you will get special access to parts of the forums, you will be able to recieve UBEERRR gear that is legendary and above and is better than t6!!

You will also be able to own in PvP events and own all the bosses.

If you want to see what you would be able to possibly wield before you donate, just go down to the dock in Booty Bay and go to the special vendors.

I can understand the server being full, but I'm seeing around 120 people online right now, at the wow.kpsforum.com:81 address. Is that just way behind, or am I having additional problems?

Ummm, try doing this. if wow.kpsforum.com:81 is in your realmlist, it is completely wrong

Replace: " set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com "

With: " set realmlist wow.kpsforum.com "

Make sure that you have the right version of WoW: TBC (Version 2.1.3).

Make sure that you have all the right account information

Create a character.

Considering that all of the above is correct and Palidus41 can't connect that isn't the issue. At 0800 PST when the server crashed the first time Palidus41 was not able to connect any longer. When I could connect and he couldn't. This was before the server caped on players. This happens to him every time the server crashes. It will show connecting and then unable to connect. This was when we were at a 50 cap and had around 30 people on. There seems to be a different issue going on. realmlist.wtf is setup correctly and has also used the loader. The loader as well doesn't fix the problem.

Hmmm, tell him to try deleting the cache files. If that doesn't work, either it is an ISP problem or something wrong with his program file of WoW, which would therefore, have to make him reinstall

Well the cache was done and so was the reinstall. So both or those are out of the question. Also he was connected at one point. So what is causing it to change after the server crashes and then Palidus41 can't connect to the server. He can play at times. Until the server crashes. This is the second time this has happened. After 12 hours or more then he can connect back into the server WITHOUT changing any options or ISP changes.

there isnt much I can add to this. make sure you can traceroute/ping to the
realmlist. if you can but cannot connect atall, try a reboot of the comp, if that fixes it then its your comp. if the tracert/ping show problems then post them here.

Happened again, I was logged in and just got disconnected out, getting stuck at Connecting, and I can't ping the server at all. After about 12 hours, I can get back in. It's like the server is refusing the connection.

Hmmmm Did you exit with Alt + F4 that time before logg in and it stucked at conection?
