Its in the rules, "no aggression, (sapping , rooting or attacking),
Unless it is agreed or is INSIDE the arena.

Offenders can and will lose there character.
Its stated when you sign up also in the rule book,
That is now given to new characters automatically,
Or you can get a copy for free from the 'fairy' vendor
that is located in booty bay.

If players agree to a fight then its cool,
Unless they are INSIDE the arena Itself,
The picture was OUTSIDE and the players should NOT
have attacked him.

Kp has also stated in game this. If they have done nothing to you then leave them alone. He did state though that if they are killing a vendor NPC then its free game. NOw we are not talking about a guard people but say a quest NPC or a trainer.

Otherwise go enjoy your game somewhere else. There are plenty of PVP private servers out there.
