Quest for Blessed weapon in AQ

I searched on the internet for the quest in AQ that give u the blessed weapons (blessed qiraji warhammer for example) and it says that u obtain the quest from Merithra of The Dream under AQ temple but when i went down to search this NPC i found it as an enemy boss.. i cant talk with it so i cant have the quest neither the weapon i want

She's a member of the Brood of Nozdormu, you start out at Hated and have to gain rep to turn in that quest. No bug here.
