bug of falling inside an instance

think that any admin or gm can help me here. I fell inside an instance and died. When I tried to connect again, as I enter the world with my character, im dead and without the possibility of resurrecting. Please, any gm should enter my account and see what happened. Teleport me somewere else or make a replica of my character so I can use it again.
