I try improve my reputation with different factions.
But i see that reputation is 5 times lower than on blizzard. Please, if u could just rise 5x reputation just to be like on blizz would b great.

Reputation is not 5 Time's lower O_o, because your getting 1 a kill? Or 50 a quest? I assume that's correct because faction token's also give 50 rep.

repeatable quest to turn in 10 Firewing Signets for +250 Scryers and -275 Aldor reputation

repeatable quest to turn in 1 Firewing Signet for +25 Scryers and -28 Aldor reputation

This QUESTS that r given by Magistrix Fyalenn don't work. Any of them
Please see that one tokens give 25 REPUTATION and 10 tokens gives 250 REPUTATION.

From them i did [66] Stealing from Thieves (+250 Reputation). But I GOT ONLY 50 REPUTATION, not 250 how i should, when i finish it.
Plus [66] More Crystal Fragments (+250 Reputation) is a repetable quest. But IT"S NOT working to repeat THIS QUEST.

REPUTATION with MAG'HAR

But here Killing any ogre or murkblood gives me only 2 reputation, and not saying that killing Murkblood Scavenger dont give me any reputation.

ALSO THE REPETABLE QUEST DOESN"T WORK.

This is just a few examples most for horde side. I can writte more but the ideea is the same. The repetable quest from different factions dont work, and the reputation is 5 times lower than normal.

Can this b fixed???

Vysani is correct on this, i just turned in The Hand of the Righteous - Quests - World of Warcraft which should have given me 200 rep with Brood of Nozdormu, however i only recieved 40. It's like this with every quest turn in/kill. Please look into fixing this, don't need to go higher than blizz rate.
