Is the proc on blinkstrike working? it looks like a good sword but if the proc aint working its not worth the trouble of getting it

The proc should work, it has the correct spell ID on it.

O.O me likey blinkstrike, me needey blinkstrike
been farming it and still no drops. Guess itll only drop when i forget about it or when i no longer need it (much like when you lose something you can only find it when you stop searching )
