Looks simple, no?
Well, it ain't... best tank for this is no tank. Fear the scorpid as much as possible. Minimize the number of melee damage chars and chain fear the sucker. After 30% it's just an endurance fight, see how many people are alive and can kill the thing... Poison must be dispelled as soon as possible.
hint: DOTs are good for this fight.
